Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer returns. However, we will be glad to replace any item that has been damaged due to errors from our side or if they are damaged during deliveries done by our staff. It is the customers responsibility to check the product before accepting it. We will not be liable for any damages post delivery.

• Delays in deliveries can be expected during lock downs, rains and other unforeseen situations. These are unfortunately not in our control and refund or returns will not be possible.

• Any External Deliveries organized by the customer do not qualify for returns for safety reasons.
